We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near stores and restaurants, making it easy for us to find everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The facilities, such as the hot tub, fireplace, and steam room, added to the overall luxury and relaxation of our stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Chicago area made it a convenient choice for a quick getaway.
Don't have any issues at all.

The bed linen was nice.
First, charging $15.00 an hour for an early check-in is just short of rape. I feel cheated out of $30.00. Second, room 107 has mold and dry rot wood under the bathroom vanity. I was moved to room 123, which wasted $7.50 of my first early hour $15 fee, the mold and filth on the tile in that steam/shower is deplorable. Both are indicaters of very poor house cleaning and safety practices. Department of Health and Safety are going to have a field day in that place.Third, all the light switches are in the headboard behind the pillows, very difficult to locate with no windows in the rooms. $119.00 for the least expensive room is out of line for what they offer. Notwithstanding, the additional $30.00 for early check-in, so we could shower before a meeting. Nothing luxury about the room or client service.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is convenient, nestled in a secluded area yet close to stores and restaurants. It was easy to find, even for out-of-towners like us. The value for money is excellent, with reasonable prices for the amenities provided. The attention to detail in the rooms is commendable, especially the well-stocked wet bar. It's a perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a trip to the Chicago area.
All aspects of our stay were fantastic, no improvements needed!

The location of the hotel was great, close to shopping centers and restaurants. The room had a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was a nice feature to enjoy during Easter.
Our experience was ruined by the lack of soundproofing, we could hear everything from the neighbors' room. The room was not properly cleaned, we found old crumbs under the bed and dust on the furniture.

Celebrated Christmas in a cozy room with a large hot tub, beautiful fireplace, and comfortable king-sized bed. the staff was friendly and easy to work with. the hotel is in a great location close to local restaurants and nightlife. the jacuzzi was clean, and the water was hot, which made the stay very relaxing!
We had a few minor issues with the lighting in the room and had difficulty figuring out the controls for the steam room/sauna. the room felt a little cramped, and there was not enough space to stand up comfortably in some areas.
